Mark Your Calendar - Teen Read Week Fun Activities

Teen Read Week (TRW) is almost here! We've planned fun events throughout the week of October 12-18 just for 6th grade and up.

First, we challenge you to test your knowledge of famous young adult books and authors. Complete a game card at any library branch and earn a sweet treat!

Turn Dreams into Reality @ Your Library
Teens have big dreams so drop in to the library and weave your own Dream catcher. Learn the legend behind these mystical Native American webs and turn your dreams into reality. 
October 14, 4 p.m.

Turn Your Home Into a Recording Studio!

Jason Bell (instructor at Allegro Music) will demonstrate how to compose and record music, with the ease of tablets and apps. Learn the ins and outs of home recording in this relaxed and fun seminar. All levels – beginner to advanced – are welcome.
